Why Launch a Middle School?

We are proud to be paving the way for innovative online education.

Through our award-winning high school program, we have served learners from 27 countries across 6 continents globally. We’ve received international accreditation, won multiple awards, and even been featured in a PBS documentary.

But, we felt there was something missing.

What if we started earlier? What if we gave younger learners the same opportunities to thrive and flourish in a system designed to meet them where they are?

Welcome world, to the Middle School built for you.

Middle School,
Done Differently

School of Humanity reimagines how and what we learn to equip the next generation to create an exciting future for themselves and for humanity.

Instead of exams,

we learn through real-world projects.

Instead of a standardized curriculum,

we learn through personalized learning
journeys.

Instead of memorization,

we focus on whole-human development.

Learners globally love our approach

We have designed our Middle School based off feedback from our school community, to develop a truly learner-centered approach.

Here’s what our current families had to say about our Middle School launch:

“School of Humanity has been the best decision taken regarding the education of my children. They are being encouraged to learn, investigate, be passionate, innovative, creative, to think out of the box and find their own path while being carefully guided by their mentors into a world full of possibilities. I am so happy the Middle School is finally opening for the younger kids to experience the magic of School of Humanity.”

Malena
Parent

“School of Humanity has been a game-changer for my family. After homeschooling my children to provide a hands-on, interdisciplinary education, finding SoH felt like a breath of fresh air. My kids have thrived in the high school program, fully engaged and inspired by the experiential, project-based approach. The launch of an SoH middle school is incredibly exciting and, in my view, a natural step towards making this forward-thinking education accessible to even more young learners. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who values innovation in education.”

Margareta
Parent

“The new curriculum and dedicated faculty promise to foster both academic growth and personal development. This flexibility on getting young children onboard at the Middle School should open doors for families to offer their children a chance to enhance their educational journey and prepare them for future success!”

Arjun's Schedule

Arjun prefers to do most of his learning during the afternoons, leaving Fridays and the weekends free for extracurriculars, family time, and spending time with friends.

Bella's Schedule

Bella prefers to spend four hours a day attending workshops and doing her self-paced learning. This leaves her more time in the afternoons and weekends for extracurriculars and in-person community activities.
