At School of Humanity, we pride ourselves in being an inclusive,
welcoming and friendly school community.
With learners spanning 16 different countries (and counting!), our learners love connecting with their friends all over the world.
Joining a global school provides learners with a unique opportunity to learn about different cultures, traditions, and explore other parts of the world.
Our High School experience is intentionally designed
to deepen the friendships between all learners.
We do this in a variety of ways, including group activities,
discussions, group projects, social nights and more.
Interactive sessions where learners work together on activities, exercises and discussions.
Interactive workshops designed for learners to connect in profound ways.
Learners work on multiple group projects each year.
We have a range of extracurricular activities on offer. This includes: Debate Club, MUN, Tech Club & Creativity Club. We encourage learners to start new clubs too!
We organize in-person community events in cities where we have multiple learners.
All learners complete community service during their time at School of Humanity.
Weekly sessions for learners to connect with each other and their facilitators.
A Slack channel where all learners can communicate personally with each other.
Every learner has a physical activity plan. Learners can also create projects relating to Sports & The Arts each term.

As an online High School, we understand the importance of connecting in-person. This is why each year we organize an Annual Gathering – an in-person trip where all learners meet together for a week of fun activities.
We rotate between different locations each year, to make the gathering as accessible as possible to all families. We also work with learners to fundraise in their communities.
Our High School guardians are an integral part of the learning process
and of our school community.
We connect with our guardians in a range of ways.
All guardians are invited to join our parent community channel. Here, they can engage with other guardians, and our ecosystem of educators and mentors.
Guardians will receive access to a guardian portal. Here, they can see their learner’s progress, transcripts and information.
Our Guardian Committee has influence on our model, curriculum, and learning implementation.
Guardians will have 1:1s with their child’s learning facilitator to discuss their progress each term.
