We know that soft skills such as communication, empathy, and
emotional intelligence have taken center stage in today’s fast-paced, interconnected world.
Learners will develop their soft skills through weekly Flourishing
sessions, exploring a range of inspiring topics.
In the following module, we’ll learn in-depth about the so-called overview effect – something astronauts experience in space when looking back at the Earth.
The aim of this module is to figure out what motivates us, how we can have a steady level of motivation, and how to exploit it for our goal-setting and management through the IKIGAI method.
We’ll discuss what the difference is between being confident or ego-centered, and also how to collaborate effectively with others once we can put our Egos aside.
In this module, you’ll uncover latent attitudes, biases, and beliefs about ability, capability, progress.
In this module, we will learn to identify paths towards collaboration and get hands-on experience with our collaborative style, strong suits, and how to work together effectively and peacefully.
